		<description>Mahud, practice will definitely help.  But I would advise not worrying too much about keeping everything in your mind at once.  After all, think about your regular alert waking mind as you walk down steps to the beach:  your attention flits from your body, to the sound of the ocean, to the sights you&#039;re seeing, to the person you&#039;re talking to, flit-flit-flit, in sequence -- not all at once.  Similarly in the meditation, allow your thoughts to move from one to another in sequence.    Follow my instructions -- when I describe the ocean, think of that; when I describe warmth in your body, think of that.
