Sounds like a wonderful time Jeff! Our tuatha has yet to celebrate due to so many conflicts but I will let everyone know how it goes. Imbolc has a special place in my heart. I always look forward to it with great anticipation. Blessings to you all as the world wakes again.

Kay: Thanks! Unfortunately my wife says she literally just throws things together -- she has no recipe! I think the sidhe whisper in her ear or something... But the basic idea was that she simply replaced one layer of noodles with a layer of spinach.

Anne: Oh yes, it was bitter cold here in Massachusetts, too. Actually we may have overdone it; some of the kids have been sniffling and coughing since our little outing. (Gotta pump 'em full of herbs...) I'm sorry your Imbolc ritual wasn't everything you wanted it to be. I wish I had some suggestions for you.

Bernulf: Isn't it awful? You and I -- we have every reason to bemoan our terrible fates! :-)

Sounds like you brought in the day quite nicely...and I can completely understand what it's like having a wife who cooks so well that you start to run out of suitably descriptive words after a while :-)
