Hi! I know this post is dated several years ago, but I just stumbled upon your site, and feel the need to comment! I am a Pagan, and am happily raising my children in a Pagan manner, homeschooling in a Waldorf-inspired way, always with a deep respect to nature. I do not implement any religion, and want my kids to understand that religion is not a simple, boxed in idea. We talk about fairies all the time, and the emphasis of protecting nature. We talk about different gods and goddesses from many cultures, and its not a big deal. it just is fun. I wish there were more likeminded people in my community, but alas- the internet is a global community. My children need not ever call themselves "Pagan" or anything- as long as they understand the respect the natural spiritual world deserves.Thank you for this post.
